The Mondavi Center announced the cancellation of a free Forum@MC, "The Bernstein Effect," which had been scheduled for 5 p.m. Oct. 28. Center officials attributed the cancellation to scheduled conflicts.
The forum participants had been listed as Leon Botstein, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra conductor, and Professor D. Kern Holoman, Â鶹´«Ã½ Symphony Orchestra conductor.
A Mondavi Center spokeswoman said the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra's concert, with Botstein, will take place as scheduled. The concert is scheduled for 8 p.m. Oct. 27 in Jackson Hall, with a preperformance lecture set for 7 p.m.
Ticket availability is limited for the concert, according to the Mondavi Center's Web site.
