— Â鶹´«Ã½ Fire Dept. (@UCDavisFire)Â鶹´«Ã½ firefighters are at work on the 18,000-acre Rocky fire in Lake County.
A four-person crew responded Thursday (July 30) in Engine 364, which is provided to Â鶹´«Ã½ by the state Office of Emergency Services. Â鶹´«Ã½ has use of Engine 364 at all times, except when OES calls the engine into service — and when that happens, Â鶹´«Ã½ also provides the crew.
Here’s the crew lineup: Steve Dunn, captain; Nate Potter, engineer; and Jon Poganski and Eric Schultz, firefighters.
Additionally, Capt. David Stiles is still on an OES assignment as a strike team leader. First he was on the Wragg fire west of Winters and now he’s on the Lowell fire in Nevada County.
