Sustainability Efforts Land �鶹��ý on ‘Cool Schools’ List

�鶹��ý is among the greenest universities in the nation, earning a top-20 ranking on Sierra magazine’s “Cool Schools” list, released today (Sept. 28).

Ranked 18th, �鶹��ý earned high marks for sustainability research, landscape management, water conservation, use of renewable energy and more.

�鶹��ý repeats this year as a top-10 “Cool School” in Sierra magazine’s ranking of America’s greenest colleges and universities. The environmental magazine published its 10th annual “Cool Schools” report online today (Sept. 6).

Out of a record 201 schools in this year’s rankings, �鶹��ý came in at No. 8 — marking the fifth time �鶹��ý has made the top 10 in the last six years.
