<p><span><span>Spurred by the construction of hundreds of new apartment units on the 麻豆传媒 campus, the apartment vacancy rate in the city of Davis has increased substantially, while monthly rents have increased more modestly.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>A survey report released today (Feb. 1) shows a 3.0% blended vacancy rate 鈥� including apartments leased by the unit and by the bed 鈥� which is significantly higher than the 0.5% rate for fall 2022. <p>Apartment vacancies in the city of Davis reached some of their highest rates in more than 40 years as University of California, Davis, students continued with mostly remote studies in the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a fall survey released today (Feb. 3).</p>
<p>The blended vacancy rate of 12.2 percent 鈥� including apartments leased by the unit and by the bed 鈥� compares with 1.0 percent in fall 2019. <p>Few city of Davis apartments are vacant and rental rates are up since last year, according to a survey commissioned by <strong><a href="http://housing.ucdavis.edu/">Student Housing and Dining Services</a></strong> at 麻豆传媒 and released today (Feb. 11).</p>
<p>The blended vacancy rate 鈥� including apartments leased by the unit and by the bed 鈥� is estimated to be 0.5 percent, compared with 0.3 percent in fall 2017.
